All items sold at Herschel Singapore go through quality control procedures where we inspect every item before it is shipped, and all merchandise shipped are fully ensured in case of loss or damage.
However, there could be times when the merchandise received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case:
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your return, together with pictures of the merchandise and your Order Reference Number within 7 days upon receipt of item(s).
2. Upon confirmation of your return request, please send back the item(s) to: Herschel @ Funan Mall, 109 North Bridge Road #01-22/23 Singapore 179105, within 7 days upon receipt of our confirmation. Do note that all returned merchandise must be unused, unopened and in original condition, and must be returned in the condition they were received with all original packaging, tags and label still intact.
3. Once we have received the item(s), we will review the item(s) based on the return reason stated. Once it has been deemed suitable for a replacement or refund, we will be replacing it with the same item(s) purchased or refund the amount of the total value of the purchased merchandise whichever is applicable.
4. Do note that it will be your responsibility to take reasonable care of the merchandise and will be liable for any damage to the merchandise until we receive them at our physical store. In the case of any dispute, we do recommend that you retain the proof of sending.
